Delight in our NZ gluten-free Chipolatas—small, flavourful sausages perfect for children’s meals, BBQs, or breakfast spreads. Their delicate texture and rich taste make them a versatile addition to any plate. Also called “Mini Sausages,” they’re ideal for quick, tasty bites with minimal fuss.
Chipolatas – thin, breakfast-style sausages. Local Wellington butcher-made sausages, made with natural sausage skin. Approx 20 chipolatas per kg.
Ingredients – beef trim 95VL, rice flour, salt, mineral salt(451), milled whole grain sorghum, preservative(223-sulphites), flavour enhancer(621), anitoxidant(316), acidity regulator(331), flavour, spice extract, natural sheep skin.
Premium New Zealand beef.
