Our Seafood Selection

We stock fresh and frozen shellfish (crustacea and molluscs) and fish. Our supplies are affected by seasonal availability, and weather.

Shellfish

• Fresh scallops from Coromandel or Golden Bay (depending on fisheries rules)
• Prawns – frozen cutlets and whole black tiger.
• Bluff Oysters (in season)

Fish

• Legendary West Coast whitebait (fresh in season, otherwise frozen for Christmas orders)
• Fresh pin-boned Akaroa salmon fillets
• Fresh locally-caught tarakihi fillets.
