Sausages – Chipolatas (gluten free)



Chipolatas – thin, breakfast-style sausages. Local Wellington butcher-made sausages, made with natural sausage skin.  Approx 20 chipolatas per kg.

Ingredients – beef trim 95VL, rice flour, salt, mineral salt(451), milled whole grain sorghum,  preservative(223-sulphites), flavour enhancer(621), anitoxidant(316), acidity regulator(331), flavour, spice extract, natural sheep skin.
