Our NZ-grown Venison Sausages are a lean, gamey delicacy, offering a unique and robust flavour. Fully gluten-free, they’re fantastic grilled or fried, great for BBQs or elegant dinners. Known as “Game Meat Sausages,” they bring a touch of NZ’s wild harvest to your table.
Venison sausages – a delicious, flavoursome and rustic sausage, perfect for cooking in the pan, oven or on the BBQ. Made by our own butcher and with natural pork skins. Approx 12 sausages per kg.
