Porterhouse Whole (Sirloin) 1kg



Cooking a whole piece of porterhouse, or sirloin as it’s known, is delicious. Either in the oven or on the BBQ.

Season meat with salt and pepper and brown all over in a hot, lightly oiled pan. Transfer meat to a baking tray.  Preheat oven to 220C and roast beef to your liking. 20-25 minutes for medium rare. Take from oven, cover and rest for at least 10 minutes before carving into slices.
