Beef cheeks – good for braising and casseroling. Even though these naturally come with fat that needs to be cut off, they have great flavour and texture when slow cooked. These are melt-in-your-mouth cheeks!  Beef cheeks weigh approx 500g each.

    So tender. Had this cooking in the slow cooker for about 8 hours in yellow curry. The meat was amazing. Will be using it again but going to make it with my grandmother’s birria. Can’t wait!

    I used beef cheeks to prepare traditional Hungarian Goulash soup. It was amazing the best Goulash I made, thanks to the meat. Very good quality. Although, I had a bit of a hard time dicing it with the knife I had at home, I would love purchase diced packs.
