We continually update our procedures and processes in accordance with government standards during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Business as usual!

We’re working closely with our suppliers to ensure we continue to have a wide range of meats available. We aim to get your orders out on your requested day but sometimes due to supply we may need to advise of a different delivery day. This will be within a day or two or your requested day. Currently, we are able to fill orders in the middle and lower North Island – i.e. from Taupo to Wellington, including Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, Wairarapa, Hutt Valley, Porirua and Kapiti Coast areas.

Additional health and safety measures

While we have always maintained high standards of hygiene, in conjunction with our butcher, we have increased this further to ensure your and our staff’s protection. We have introduced additional health and safety procedures in line with the Ministry of Health’s Covid-19 policies and are regularly meeting with our staff to ensure these are maintained. Communicating with you about your meat delivery

As many of you know, for Wellington home deliveries we always text you when we have delivered your order to your door if no one is home. We will now do this for all home deliveries in Wellington whether you are home or not, so you don’t have to worry about answering the door. If there are any special instructions as to where you want your order left or in relation to self-isolation, please let us know when you place your order. We want to continue supplying you with quality meat while protecting our staff and you, our customers.

Courier deliveries

Some of our deliveries will be couriered with chilled freight companies or New Zealand Couriers. Your orders will be left at your door but if you have any special instructions, please let us know and we will ensure these are on your address label. If your order is sent through New Zealand Couriers we will put your email address/mobile number on your order so you can get regular updates from New Zealand Couriers tracking your order.

Regular orders

Some people find it easier to know there is a regular order on its way on a weekly or fortnightly basis. If you would like to set up a regular order, please contact our team so we can implement this for you.
