The Venison Striploin is a premium, tender cut from the game’s back, ideal for grilling, searing, or roasting. With a deep, rich flavour, it offers a gourmet experience in every bite. Also known as “Venison Loin,” this cut is perfect for special occasions or elegant NZ meals.

Price is based on per kg and striploins weigh up to 1.3kg approx. Your striploin will be weighed when we are processing your order and we will contact you to tell you the total price. Extra payment may need to be made by internet banking to our account.
Cook as you would a whole eye fillet but for less time as it’s a thinner cut. Great on the BBQ or in the oven. Season with salt and pepper. Always sear on both sides first either on the BBQ or if cooking in the oven in a hot pan. Always allow to rest, covered in tinfoil for 10-15 minutes before carving and eating to allow maximum flavour and the retention of juices.
