Description

Venison French rack – high in iron, low in fat and cholesterol, this is a stunning dinner party cut. Sear quickly in a pan and cook whole in a hot oven, cover and rest before serving. Best served medium rare. Important not to overcook as due to the low fat content overcooking will dry it out.

“I have been a Meat Direct customer for many years and would thoroughly recommend their great service and fantastic quality meat.
