Venison French Rack (approx 1.2kg-1.4kg)



Venison French rack – high in iron, low in fat and cholesterol, this is a stunning dinner party cut. Sear quickly in a pan and cook whole in a hot oven, cover and rest before serving. Best served medium rare. Important not to overcook as due to the low fat content overcooking will dry it out.
