Savour the harmonious blend of NZ pork with apple, sage, and rosemary in these delicious sausages. Ideal for breakfast, Sunday roasts, or casual gatherings, they deliver a burst of flavours reminiscent of classic Kiwi cooking. Also called “Fruit & Herb Sausages,” they add a gourmet touch to any meal.

Gluten free pork, apple, sage and rosemary sausages made by our own butcher with natural pork skin.  Approx 12 sausages per kg.

Ingredients – Pork trim, rice flour, salt, dehydrated apple (10% contains Preservative 220), vegetable powder, herbs and spices (Sage 1%, rosemary 0.5%),  mineral salts (450, 452), preservative (223), natural pork skin.
