Black Pudding
Our NZ-made Black Pudding is a traditional blood sausage, rich in flavour and crafted from high-quality ingredients. Often enjoyed fried or grilled for breakfast, it pairs beautifully with eggs, sautéed onions, or in a hearty fry-up. Known as “Blood Sausage” or “Black Pudding,” it’s a classic savoury delight for breakfast or gourmet platters.

Fresh, locally produced, approx 250g each.

Ingredients – pork, onions, barley, meal, starch, modified starch (1412), blood protein, salt, stabliliser (451), sugar, herb and spice extract, emulsifier (433), flavour enhancer (621), sodium nitrite with colour (124) and ground cloves.
