Our premium aged beef and lamb products are sourced from the innovative Pure South range, created by Alliance Meat Company.

We have hand-picked a selection for your dining pleasure. This includes:

• Premium beef eye fillet aged to perfection. Sold as a whole fillet either 1kg or 2kg and trimmed ready to cook!
• 55-day aged beef ribeye/cube roll sold as either 1kg or 2kg size, with exquisite marbling and unprecedented levels of tenderness and flavour.
• 55-day aged striploin aged to perfection resulting in an immaculate marbled cut. Sold whole 1kg or 2kg.
