Sausages – Pork



Pork sausages –  our local Wellington butcher-made sausages in natural sausage skins.  Approx 12 sausages per kg.   Delicious cooked in the oven for 30 minutes, pan fried and of course barbecued.

Ingredients – Pork trim, wheat/bran flour, salt, mineral salt(451), milled whole grain sorghum,  preservative(223-sulphites), flavour enhance(621), anitoxidant(316), acidity regulator(331), flavour enhance(821), spice extract, natural pork skin
