Sausages – Pork



Pork sausages – our local Wellington butcher-made sausages in natural sausage skins. Approx. 12 sausages per kg. Delicious cooked in the oven for 30 minutes, pan fried and of course barbecued.

Ingredients – Pork trim, wheat/bran flour, salt, mineral salt (451), milled whole grain sorghum, preservative (223-sulphites), flavour enhancer (621), anitoxidant (316), acidity regulator (331), flavour enhancer (821), spice extract, natural pork skin.
