Description

Pork leg roast – traditional pork roast, skin on the outside. To ensure a crackle finish, cut lengthwise into the skin with a sharp knife approx 1cm apart, and rub with salt. Cook in a slow oven. For the last 1/2 hour increase the oven temperature to crackle.
