Leg of Lamb 2-2.5kg each



A whole leg of lamb – premium roasting meat, approx 2-2.5kg each. Premium New Zealand lamb. Image shows half leg of lamb.

For lamb leg or shoulder try slow roasting. Place lamb leg in roasting dish, and add equal quantities of wine and stock. Cover with tinfoil and cook at 150°C for 5-7 hours, until meat is falling off the bone.
